Nothing on a Roam & Rest shelf is waiting for you — every mattress and topper is cut and built once you order it. Here is what that means for when yours arrives.
Where we deliver, and what it costs
Mainland England, Scotland & WalesFree
There is no minimum spend and no surcharge by region. The price you see at checkout is the price delivered to your door.
How long it takes
Because each order is made from scratch, the wait moves with how busy the workshop is. These are the bands we work to:

| Mid season (Mar–May) | Approx. 5–7 working days |
| High season (Jun–Aug) | Approx. 10–12 working days |
Treat these as a guide rather than a promise. Plenty of orders leave us ahead of the estimate; a few take a little longer when the bench is full. Either way you will hear from us — we would rather tell you early than leave you guessing.
Booking your delivery in
Full-size and flat mattresses
Booked with you in advance, then confirmed on a three-hour time slot.
Rolled and boxed mattresses and toppers
A text on the morning of delivery with a one-hour window. If the day does not suit, you can move it to one that does.
Getting it indoors
Rolled mattresses are vacuum-packed, so they turn corners that a full-size mattress will not — narrow stairs, tight doorways, loft hatches.
UK mainland only
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only, and cannot ship overseas or to offshore destinations. If you are not sure whether your address is one we can reach, ask us before you order and we will tell you straight.
